Alison is a solicitor with many years of experience in private client work and prior to that in family law. She specialises in complicated estate and trust administration, the drafting of wills and trust documentation, inheritance tax planning and disputes involving trusts, wills and estates. She is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Student Liaison Officer for the Bristol Branch of STEP. She is also a member of Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).
