Carla qualified as a solicitor and joined Bennetts in December 2009. She works closely with experienced Trust and Estate Practitioner, Alison Reed, and her abilities compliment the private client expertise of the firm in England, Wales and Florida. She assists in giving advice on estate planning and Wills. She also deals with the administration and tax issues of taxable and non-taxable estates, trusts and charities and the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications.
