Florence joined Bennetts in 2000 and qualified as a solicitor in 2003. She is a private client lawyer specialising in advising individuals in respect of their estates with an emphasises on farming and owner managed business clients. This includes will and trust drafting, inheritance tax planning, powers of attorney, prenuptial and co-habitation agreements. Florence has a practical approach to the administration of estates and trusts particularly where a business is involved. As the wife of a farmer she understands that the farming calendar waits for no man and is aware of the additional areas of compliance. She is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
