Lee is a solicitor and acts for both private and business clients, primarily owner managed businesses. As such Lee is able to advise on a broad range of issues affecting businesses, from start up to dissolution and his practice emphasises on commercial litigation and dispute resolution work, either through court proceedings or mediation. Lee is particularly interested in insolvency litigation and claims involving breach of fiduciary duty and minority shareholders actions. Lee undertakes complex and substantial asset Ancillary Relief work and complex TLATA claims.

He is a member of the Bristol Law Society’s Council.
