Lee is a solicitor and acts for both private and business clients, primarily owner managed businesses. As such Lee is able to advise on a broad range of issues affecting businesses, from start up to dissolution and his practice emphasises on commercial litigation and dispute resolution work, either through court proceedings or mediation.

Lee is particularly interested in and specialises in claims involving breach of fiduciary duty, minority shareholders actions and professional negligence actions. Lee also undertakes complex and substantial asset Ancillary Relief work and complex TLATA claims frequently for clients with substantial and/or business assets.

He is a member of the Bristol Law Society’s Council and the Professional Negligence Lawyers’ Association..
