Sara joined Bennetts in 2006 where she trained and qualified as a solicitor in January 2009. She augments the existing private client capability of the firm working with experienced Trust and Estate Practitioner, Alison Reed, giving advice on wills and inheritance tax as well dealing with the administration of estates and advising on succession issues and inheritance tax liabilities as well as the management of trusts. She has experience in preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and resolving vulnerable client issues through the use of trusts, the registration of Lasting and Enduring Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications and administration. Sara is a student member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. (STEP)
