Simon has been with the firm since 1973 and qualified in 1978. He specialises in non-contentious conveyancing including all aspects of residential property work. Although Bennetts deal with properties throughout England and Wales, Simon has lived all his life in the area and has considerable experience and a wealth of knowledge of local properties.

Simon has gained considerable experience in the last two or three years in relation to our Florida practice and undertakes work for English clients wishing to purchase holiday homes in Florida. He works in conjunction with Hannah Wallington, Kevin Burke and one of our trainee solicitors, Hayley Sedlen.
