When looking to choose a business broker it is important to use an experienced broker and one who is willing to work with attorneys. Please note that the business broker will often represent the seller and so it is important to be aware of the particular relationship created. The experienced business broker is a specialist which no lawyer can replace. Likewise however the work of a business broker should not include the practice of law and they are not qualified to provide legal advice nor do US immigration work further to any E2 or other US visa.
